Shipping prices cannot be automatically calculated. Please contact us if you would like to request a shipping price quote. Customer pays all shipping costs for Express. Specify between Purolator or Canada Post Services. When shipping with Purolator, a physical address must be supplied (will not ship to PO Box) |
* Free shipping does not apply to remote locations or locations only accessibly by air. If a shipping charge has to be applied to your order, you will be notified.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If some of your products are in stock PGC will at it's discretion send them.
You will be notified if anything is backordered. Backordered Items will be
sent upon delivery to our warehouse. Partial Shipments will be sent if some
of your items are in stock and the remaining items will take more than 7
days to reach our warehouse.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Insurance costs will be added to all orders, insurance charges are $1.15
per $100 excluding the first $100.
Insurance charges cover the shipment in case of missing or damaged goods. Insurance does not cover breakage of paintballs.
ORDER PROCESSING
We will only ship to billing address if paying with credit card. No
exceptions.
Our Inventory is located at multiple warehouses, and may take up to 2
additional business days to ship order. Website stock indicators versus
actual inventory may conflict, in such cases customer will be notified if
something is out of stock.
All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of
receiving.
WHOLESALE
Shipping is at customer's expense. Customers will only be charged actual
cost.
Please request at time of ordering if you
wish to know freight charges before shipping. Please choose the correct
shipping method. Paintball Gear is not responsible for goods lost/damaged
in shipping. All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 2 business
days of receiving.
TRACKING
It is the customer's responsibility to track packages. Guaranteed shipping times are guaranteed by shipping companies, not by PGC.
Warrantees
Customer must refer to manufacturer warranty.
Catalog
In case of mis-posting of price or image in our catalog paintballgear.ca maintains the right to substitute the product with the actual product even if the image shown was incorrect. If a product was mispriced paintballgear.ca will contact you to see if you still would like the product at the actual price.
